Heated Power Flow

Get ready to expand your practice. Power flow yoga adds in more varied poses and expands on the principles of alignment and breath as you’re challenged to get outside of your comfort zone and take your practice to the next level. This class is sweaty, playful and engaging so bring a towel! You may need it!

Healing Flow

This class is suitable for the beginner as well as the advanced student. Flow Yoga is breath synchronized movement. A series of poses are linked with inhales and exhales. It re-energizes the body, relaxes the mind and helps release

the blockage of energy flow. Our energy can get blocked from any wound-- emotional or physical-- and this type of yoga helps to heal trauma.

Therapeutic Applications

This is an all levels class  particularly effective for those recovering from or living  with injury or illness. Different from other styles as yin or restorative, this is a  hybrid class with fusion of physical therapy knowledge in pathology with the  holistic benefits of the ancient practice of yoga. This class is designed in a  workshop-style that allows instruction, education, and interaction with the instructor. This class will have varying themes (shoulders, neck, back) and  emphasize proper alignment in addition to modifications or variations for each pose. Each class will focus on breath work, physical postures and meditation.

Chair Yoga

Silver Sneakers is accepted with this class. Chair yoga offers a unique approach to yoga, and adapts positions and poses with the creative use of a chair. Poses are performed seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing and balance poses. The chair allows greater stability to help you feel supported and safe. Poses are modified so that even those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion, and physical challenges can enjoy the benefits of a more traditional practice. Emphasis will be on breathing,gentle movement, balance, and meditation. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged.

Gentle Yoga

For the brand new beginner and advanced yogis alike, this class will help your body and mind to relax. Gentle and mostly floor poses will be practiced. You will get a good stretch, a little bit of strengthening and an overall feeling of refreshment.

Essential Oils Yin

Yin Yoga is a posture practice. Each pose is held for between 3 to 5 minutes. It taps in to the meditative side of yoga with a focus on holding each posture to active the connective tissue and fascia. this class will introduce essential oils into the yin practice, working to open up the chakra's and create a calm mind.

Tai Chi

Silver Sneakers accepted with this class. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities, but is ideal for people struggling with balance, who have experienced a fall, or have a fear of falling. Tai chi is a mind-body exercise, which improves the serenity and relaxation of the mind and thus reduces pain and stress. This ancient Chinese martial art consists of slowly executed postures. Through gentle movements, Tai Chi improves muscular strength, flexibility and fitness, which ultimately supports joints, improves balance, and prevents falls. Each class teaches and incorporates the principles of meditation and gentle motion. Class starts and ends seated in a chair, and the balance portion is performed either seated or standing.

Yoga Sculpt

Enjoy this power yoga flow with the added touch of 2-5 pound weights. This non-heated, 45 minute class will intensify your yoga practice by testing your strength, flexibility, and endurance while it helps to tone your body. Weights are suggested but not required.

Mixed Level Basics

The instructor will breakdown each pose building from the ground up. They will demonstrate each pose then show each student how to properly to get into the pose along with variations and modifications of each pose. Questions are encouraged through the class. This is great for a newbie to yoga or a veteran yoga wanting to go back to the basics!
