Alignment-based Slow Flow
This is an all-levels class that cultivates mindful awareness of the body while emphasizing alignment in yoga practice. The goal is to learn the fundamental foundations of the physical postures, or asanas, to enhance your practice. The asanas will be deconstructed to understand the anatomy and orientation of the body and then linked together by breath in a slow, vinyasa style creating a flow from one pose to the next. Class is conducted in workshop style, so there are opportunities to ask questions.
