Introduction to Meditation

This is an introductory course for those who have been wanting to develop a meditation practice to enhance peace and well-being.  We will have four sunday's to dive into the various popular meditation practices to give you a toolbox of ideas for a home-practice.  We will cover Mindfulness Meditation including the Body Scan, Metta Meditation, Compassionate Mindfulness, Mantra Meditation as well as Basic Breathing Meditation among others.  Come and leave the world and stress behind as we learn to relax and let go.  No experience is necessary, wear comfortable clothing.  You may sit or lie down for any or all the practices, so bring a mat if you have one.  We will only be doing short sits, so very do-able for the beginner
